It’s time…

To drop this body fat. 

Over the last few weeks, I haven’t been following a set meal plan and it has been fantastic. Being exposed to amazing drinks like Morrir Sonando (Orange Juice and Milk) and fried plantains, hasn’t really done much to the waist line.

Nutrition will be based around carb cycling. There will be a series of low and high days, the high days will be based on higher out days like quads or back.  I will be starting of with doing cardio 2-3x a per week in a fasted state.
